My April goal for the
2016 UFO Challenge at All People Quilt is number 1 on my list. Finishing my Quirky Scrap Quilt is the project. It is pieced and quilted and waiting for binding. As I have said before, I enjoy sewing on the binding, I just need some motivation to get started. I want to donate this quilt for a special event so this is a great time to be motivated to complete it. I will also add this project to my 2nd quarter list for
2016 Finish-A-Long.
I took the picture so that I could show the backing. This was made following a stitch along designed by Leila who blogs at
Sewn by Leila, her directions were great and it was a fun way to use some scraps and left over charm squares.
Love the colors...great job
ReplyDeleteIt looks great too.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like such a bright and cheerful quilt! I enjoy sewing on the binding just because it signifies the completion of another project. Julie@TheCraftyQuilter.com
